You acknowledge that the FapSmith.com owner and maintainer may be unable to maintain security for the data and images you provide; you acknowledge that the technology used at FapSmith.com may be unable to maintain security; and you agree to keep FapSmith.com owner and maintainer harmless in case of security or technology failure.

These terms may be changed from time to time. Continued use of the owner/property database shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Terms for using FapSmith.com to send and receive email:

You acknowledge that the FapSmith.com email service might not deliver email as expected and, if it is delivered, there might be no response.

You agree not to send images via the FapSmith.com email service.

You agree to communicate in an acceptable manner. In other words don't denigrate, take advantage of, or make promises you are unlikely to keep.
